I've picked up 'Jane Eyre', by Charlotte Bronte, never read it before, shame on me!

Well, to be honest: I love the movie "Jane Eyre" (1996) with Charlotte Gainsbourgh and William Hurt, but I was a bit disappointed when reading the novel though emoticon I love the story, but the writing was imho boring and dragged on. emoticon

Ginny, could you please give a short review of the novel "Sense & Sensability" for I love the movie, but I never read the book. *omg*

As a huge fan of fantasy books, I am now reading the 2nd part of "The Goodless World" - Bloodheir. After a slow progressing start of the first book, the story now turns out to be very complex and exciting! emoticon

Oh, Anja, I thought 'Jane Eyre' was very Victorian and slow and overwrought, but it's a classic so I thought I should add it to the extensive list of books I've read!

When we moved recent I know we had at least 12 boxes of books from the house, I'm not sure how many more were still packed in the garage, 3 or 4 at least, the moving guys were like, 'Have you read all these books?' and Michael and I were like 'Yes, of course!!! Why would we have them all otherwise?' emoticon
